Yes. Every Guardian Ventures worktop surface is backed by a comprehensive manufacturer’s product warranty, providing long-term confidence in the quality, durability and performance of our premium engineered stone surfaces.
The length of the warranty depends on the collection you choose:
- Earthstone Collection – 10-Year Manufacturer’s Product Warranty
- EnduraStone Collection – 15-Year Manufacturer’s Product Warranty
Both warranties are provided to the original purchaser and cover manufacturing defects in the material, provided the worktop has been installed and maintained in accordance with Guardian Ventures’ installation and care recommendations.
To ensure your warranty remains valid, we recommend that all worktops are supplied and installed by an approved Guardian Ventures trade customer, using our recommended installation methods, adhesives and best practice guidance. Following our Care & Maintenance recommendations will also help ensure your worktop continues to perform and look its best for many years.
Like all manufacturers’ warranties, cover does not extend to damage caused by accidental impact, misuse, thermal shock, incorrect installation, improper fabrication, structural movement of the supporting substrate or failure to follow the recommended installation and care instructions.
