We offer a variety of delivery options to ensure your orders reach you in a timely and secure manner. Our delivery services are designed to provide the best experience possible, guaranteeing that your items arrive safely and in excellent condition. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery process.
Pallet Delivery
Orders are despatched on pallets via a pallet network. A forklift truck is required at the time of delivery with the appropriate weight capacity. Please see below for pallet dimensions, and maximum pallet loads.

Collection
Orders can be collected from our warehouse in Kent. Please contact the customer services team to arrange a collection. Please note we require 48hrs notice prior to collection. Drivers should check the vehicle payload and interior dimensions of their vehicle prior to collecting. Guardian Ventures Ltd will take no responsibility for overweight loads.

Van Delivery
We offer a van delivery to certain postcodes. Please contact the customer services team for pricing and availability. This service is offered on a “first come, first served” basis. Please note we require 48hrs notice prior to delivery. Two competent people should be available to off load at the time of the delivery as the driver will be unable to assist.
